• Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change if unforeseen issues are discovered during the work.
   

• Payment is due within the timeframe stated on your invoice unless otherwise agreed.
   

• While we take every care when carrying out our work, Priority Drainage is not responsible for pre-existing defects, damage, or faults that are not visible before work begins.
   

• Drain clearing and root removal services cannot guarantee that future blockages will not occur, particularly where pipes are damaged, deteriorated, or affected by ongoing root intrusion.
   

• Any recommendations for repairs or further work will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.
   

• We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments or cancellations made at short notice.
